Golden Gunite Pools works on the structural side of the trade. Gunite shells, bond beams, raised spas, and the concrete and stone that hold them. Over fifteen years the crew has restored more than three hundred pools and worked with more than fifteen hundred customers across the Sacramento area.
A pool is a concrete vessel holding tens of thousands of pounds of water against soil that moves with the season. Almost everything that goes wrong later was decided in the first week, in the steel and the spray and the cure. That is the part of the job we care most about, and it is the part almost nobody explains to the person paying for it.
The crew is bilingual. That matters more than it sounds like it should. Most of the confusion on a construction site is not technical, it is a question somebody did not ask because asking was awkward. When the person tying the steel and the person paying for it speak the same language, the change orders get smaller.
